Concrete Waterproofing & Sealing
Parging Solution - A water based polymer surface sealer that forms a quick drying, hard wearing, flexible waterproof coating on top of the concrete surface. Can be used to provide a one step moisture barrier for under the first course of external wall leaf, edge of slab parging and under first course internal wall leaf. Easily applied by standard types of garden sprayers. Can be tinted so that it can easily be seen.
Approx. cost of material for parging edge of slab only $0.65 per lineal metre. For top of footing, edge of slab and 100mm on top of slab, only $1.30 per lineal metre.
