Flexible waterproofing membrane is a single pack reinforced acrylic flexible waterproofing membrane suitable for internal wet areas (shower recesses, bathrooms, laundries & toilet areas) complies with AS3740 – 2004 requirements. Can also be used externally on roofs, balconies, retaining walls and planter boxes surfaces such as concrete, cement render, brick, blocks, cement sheeting and structural timbers.
Applied by brush straight from container, it bridges cracks and remains as a permanently flexible reinforced waterproof membrane with excellent UV light resistance.
Two coats are recommended to achieve a dry film thickness of 1.5mm.
The final cured product can be elongated up to 200% before tearing and can be over painted with water based acrylic paints.
Coverage is in the order of 2 litres per square metre for a dry film thickness of 1.5mm.
